Social programMonday August 22rd 11:00 Registration opens (entry 1) 11:45 - 12:50 A welcome lunch buffet is served in the Espace Ingénieur 13:00 - 13:30 The opening ceremony will take place in the main amphitheater (Grd amphi.) 19:30 - 22:00 A welcome cocktail will allow the JMC15 attendees to get together, at the University Hall of the Victoire campus (Tram B, stop Victoire). Tuesday August 23rd 20:00 - 21:00 A cocktail at the Mediathèque Jacques Ellul, Pessac, will conclude the round table on energy (Tram B, stop Camponac Mediatèque)
Wednesday August 24rd 19:45 - 23:00 The conference banquet will take us along the Garonne river. The meeting point is at 19:45 at the Sicambre, near the stop CAPC-Musée d'art contemporain, of the tram B.
Thursday August 25rd 19:00 - 21:00 Poysters session : the Oyster-Cheese-Wine cocktail will be your last chance to see the stands of the exhibition and the posters you have noticed during previous sessions In the presence of winemakers (tasting and sales, on site or on order)
Friday August 22rd 12:30 - 13:00 The closing ceremony will be the opportunity to present the poster awards winners.
